Glitterally is a husband and wife business - Monica and Dominic. We get a real kick out of making our Customers happy. We hope you like what we do.
The 2 worst things about buying online are having to add on the cost of delivery and the time you have to wait to receive the item. So we make postage free in the UK and free worldwide if your order is over £60. For the UK, the free post is 2nd class via Royal Mail. Most people receive items within 3-4 days.
If you want 1st class or tracked or timed delivery, then we can do that but at additional cost.

Something gone wrong?
If the product is damaged when you receive it or there is some other issue, please contact us and we will try to put it right. We want you to enjoy what you buy.
We aren't all cash rich and occasionally we want to buy something when there is a bit of a cash flow problem. You can use the Lay-Buy option to buy items in instalments, spreading the cost over 3 payments. We put aside the item you purchase. When we have received the 3 payments in full, we send it to you. Very straightforward to use.
How does Lay-Buy work?
The Lay-Buy facility can help you purchase items and spread the cost. So for those launch days that come at just the wrong time, there is an option that may mean you can still get that must-have item.
If you purchase on Lay-Buy, you need to make 3 payments: the first is an initial deposit on the day; the second and 3rd are two equal payments for the outstanding balance. Only when all three payments have been made do we send the item. So although this spreads cost, it's not a credit facility where you get the item and pay later. Sorry, we're not licensed to do that.
When do I get my Lay-Buy purchases?
We post the items on the day we receive the final payment.
Can I pay up early?
Yes, please contact us and we can send you a link to pay off the balance.
What if circumstances change?
If you change your mind or for some reason cannot pay the outstanding balance, please contact us as soon as you can.
We will consider each request based on circumstances and if appropriate, refund your payments if we feel we can realistically still sell the item. We do however reserve the right not to refund payments. We want to be fair to all our Customers. On launch days for instance, we don't want people putting items on Lay-Buy, then default later.
