If you are not completely happy with your purchase and wish to obtain a refund or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receipt via our Contact Us page or by email at email@example.com. Unfortunately certain items such as earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must return the item(s) unused and in the same condition that you received them, in the original packaging and accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. You will be responsible for the return postage charges.
We are not able to refund items returned worn or damaged, if you have not contacted us within 14 days of receipt or if the item is returned to us more than 30 days from receipt.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Glitterally, 3 Wensley Croft, Solihull, B90 3SX, United Kingdom. You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Return postage costs are non-refundable. Please obtain a proof of postage. If you are posting items over £50, you should consider using a trackable postage option and/or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit for the sale value and the original shipping charges (if applicable) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If an item arrives damaged in the post, please contact us immediately on receipt and we will arrange exchange or refund. In this situation, please keep the damaged item and packaging as we may need them for a Royal Mail claim.

Exchanges will be processed on receipt of your returned items. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
